Hello babes, Happy November!

I decided to sign up for BoxyCharm again. I miss getting these boxes. I’m sure I will put it on hold again in a few months but for now, let’s just enjoy it together. My October box came late in a month and I didn’t get a chance until now to share it with you.

I’m going to put it out in the beginning. I LOVE this box. Not sure if it’s the first box after not having it for months or it’s actually a great box but I love it.

My box came with 5 full-size items. Nice products.

Beauty Bakery Breakfast in bed palette $38.

This palette has 9 shades but I don’t get the breakfast in bed vibe. I picture bright warm sunny shades when I picture breakfast in bed but this palette is quite the opposite. Beautiful shades but more dark shades. To me, it screams romantic date night.

The shades are Yawning (plummy burgundy), Forehead Kisses (peachy pink), PaJaMas (glitter plum), French Door (lilac shimmer), Boo & a view( grayish-black w/glitter), Messy Hair (mauve red), Fresh Face (taupie copper shimmer), Cuddle Cakes (brown shimmer) and Lazy Baby (muted purple).

Also, these shades swatch much lighter and different than they appear in the pan. You will have to build them up. It’s not one swipe with intense color. Some shades would look pretty on all skin tones from light to dark.

Realher Ultimate Glow Getter Cheek Trio $28

This is a nice compact face trio. The packaging is beautiful. White and gray marble. Very modern and in style right now. The product size is nice too. Not too big or not too small.  Me being fair-skinned I’m torn with the shade selection. Blush and bronzer are great for my skin tone but the highlighter is very intense darker gold. Someone with a dark skin tone would love the highlighter but then the bronzer would be too light.

Blush is in the shade Blessed (between Milani Luminoso and Nars Orgasm). This is a blush shade I would personally pick out. I do think this would work for everyone if built up.

Highlighter is in the shade Goddess (golden shimmer but no glitter). It swatches very intensely but it seems that it can be blended out into a sheer golden glow. I may be able to use it if I go in very light-handed.

Bronzer is in the shade Incredible (warm satin brown). Another shade that swatches much darker than when blended out. I blended it out on my hand it gives you a true natural bronze sating glow. I think I might fall in love with this palette.

Tarte Maracuja Miracle Mist $23.

The sprayer is very nice even mist and it doesn’t seem to have a scent which is nice. I haven’t put it to test yet but it says it is supposed to set your makeup for 12 hours with a natural radiant finish. Spraying it on my arm it didn’t leave any tacky sticky residue. Seems to dry down completely. Recently I haven’t been using makeup setting sprays but this is something I can use.

Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Kiss Tinted Cupuacu Lip Butter $20.

This is a product that scared me at first when I saw the shade. In the tube, it is intense dark brown. Very pretty but not a shade I would wear. I don’t really wear lipsticks. I’m more of a lipgloss kind of a girl.

The scare was until I swatched it and realized it’s a lip balm in a natural nude brown shade but it has a very strong scent. Smells like chocolate popcorn. I don’t know if I can wear this all day and the scent doesn’t seem to fade. Wore it on my lips already and the scent lingered around even after the color faded off my lips. It does seem to moisturize fairly well.

Spongelle Cherry Tonka Musk Body Wash Infused Buffer $20.

Ok, so I had my rant about this sponge in previous posts. I don’t really understand the hype and price of this sponge. Initially, it is very rough, it does soften up as you use it but personally, I prefer regular old-fashioned loofa and body wash.

It is nice for people who travel. It’s one product and not liquid so it does make flying easier. I do have to say so far all the scents have been nice.

So in conclusion I do love this box. Few products are not my top pick but the rest are amazing.
