We were at a grocery store and my son just stopped and said that sounds good, looking at a frozen pizza. I usually don’t like anything out of a box. I’m more of a homemade kind a girl but I picked up a Mamma Cozzi’s frozen pizza.

It is a chicken and spinach pizza with a creamy garlic sauce, so pretty much a white pizza. I decided to bake it for lunch in between cleaning the house and let me tell you. It was really good. I was surprised. The crust underneath was nice and crispy, the edges were golden brown and the top was bubbling like a real pizza from a pizza place. We each had two slices and saved the rest. I was really surprised. I couldn’t believe it was frozen pizza. I would say its pretty comparable to a pizza place pizza.

I like quick easy lunches for Saturdays. Saturdays are my busy days. That’s when I usually clean, do laundry and everything else so having an easy lunch is nice.

Any recommendations for a quick Saturday lunch that’s quick and easy?
